All original designs, images, descriptions, and other content associated with our handcrafted jewelry, vintage, antique, repurposed, and salvaged items are the property of Rogue Salvage or its licensors, protected under copyright laws.
Permissible Use: Customers may purchase items from Rogue Salvage and may use them for personal purposes only. This includes wearing or displaying purchased jewelry or items, sharing images of the items on personal social media accounts, and discussing or reviewing the items on personal blogs or forums. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any copyrighted materials associated with Rogue Salvage items for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Rogue Salvage.
Prohibited Use: Customers are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities without prior written permission from Rogue Salvage:
a. Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying copyrighted materials associated with Rogue Salvage items for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling copies of designs, images, or descriptions.
b. Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works based on copyrighted materials associated with Rogue Salvage items.
c. Claiming ownership of or falsely attributing copyrighted materials associated with Rogue Salvage items as one's own creation.
d. Using copyrighted materials associated with Rogue Salvage items in any manner that violates applicable copyright laws or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Rogue Salvage or third parties.
As Is Condition: Items sold by Rogue Salvage may be vintage, antique, repurposed, or salvaged, and are sold in "As Is" condition. Customers acknowledge that such items may exhibit wear, imperfections, or variations in materials and craftsmanship. Rogue Salvage makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, authenticity, or suitability for a particular purpose of any items sold in "As Is" condition.
Copyright Infringement Complaints: Rogue Salvage takes copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement in connection with Rogue Salvage items, please contact us by email at Rogue.Salvage.Gifts@gmail.com with the following information:
a. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
b. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
c. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
d. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
e. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Changes to Policy: Rogue Salvage reserves the right to modify or update this Copyright Policy at any time without prior notice. The effective date of any changes will be posted on our website.
By purchasing items from Rogue Salvage, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Copyright Policy. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and attorney's fees.
